STORAGE AND USES SPECIFICATIONS
Store the jar in a cool, dark and dry area.
Refrigeration is not recommended as it will harden the spread and reduce the flavours.
We recommend closing the lid after each use and not double dipping or introducing foreign matter (eg : crumbs of bread, fingers, dirty spoon...) into the jar to maximise the shelf life.
Nut spread is a stable product which, if used properly, won't change consistency easily.
All "best before" dates are here as an indicator to guarantee the freshness of the product until then.
After that date, your nose and tongue are the best judge of the product freshness. You should always smell a nice and aromatic nutty flavour when you open the jar.
